The Menu Book
The Client
The Menu Book is set to change the way you order take-away food forever! With an attractive and functional website, printed menu guide and mobile application, you're always at the forefront of what's cooking at your local take-away.
The Business Problem
The Frontier Group was hired to complete the back-end of the current website, as the printed books were being delivered. Completing a solution that was driven by a printed menu book, but catered for an increasing online customer base was crucial.
The Frontier Group's Solution
Creating a website that works was our first priority. We reworked the systems powering the website and connected a database that could work both on the website and the mobile applications. Our main focus was building a beautiful & functional mobile application that would enable people to have one resource for ordering takeaway.
The Result:
A simple website, powered by a robust Ruby back-end and a database that serves current information to the iPhone application. With the three services tied together, The Menu Book can now connect takeaway restaurants and their customers easily, which will see The Menu Book open up to the streets of Perth
